Refund policy
Returns – Only When It’s Clinically Necessary:
Because of the clinical nature of medical products, returns aren’t always possible. However:
- If the product is faulty, damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, we’ll work with the supplier to fix it — fast.
- For all return requests, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging — unless, of course, the issue is a supplier error.
- For compliance reasons, sterile or patient-specific items can’t be returned unless faulty.
- TL;DR: If we (or our suppliers) messed up, we’ll sort it. If your theatre nurse opened it and tossed the box... we might have fewer options.
Restocking Fees & Exceptions:
- Some suppliers may charge a restocking fee — we’ll always let you know up front.
- Custom orders, made-to-spec devices, and opened consumables are non-returnable unless defective.
- Returns must be authorised before shipping back — unauthorised returns will not be accepted (even if your intentions were noble).
