Shipping & Returns

Fast, Trackable, Reliable

At MedTech Marketplace, we connect you with products — but the shipping is handled by the brands and suppliers themselves. That means: 

  • Dispatch times may vary slightly depending on the supplier and product availability.
  • Most products ship within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is confirmed by the supplier.
  • Need an update? You can view live order statuses from your account dashboard. 

Think of us as the air traffic control — we don’t fly the planes, but we’ll make sure they land on time. 

Returns – Only When It’s Clinically Necessary:

Because of the clinical nature of medical products, returns aren’t always possible. However:

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, we’ll work with the supplier to fix it — fast.
  • For all return requests, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging — unless, of course, the issue is a supplier error.
  • For compliance reasons, sterile or patient-specific items can’t be returned unless faulty.
  • TL;DR: If we (or our suppliers) messed up, we’ll sort it. If your theatre nurse opened it and tossed the box... we might have fewer options. 

Restocking Fees & Exceptions:

  • Some suppliers may charge a restocking fee — we’ll always let you know up front.
  • Custom orders, made-to-spec devices, and opened consumables are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Returns must be authorised before shipping back — unauthorised returns will not be accepted (even if your intentions were noble).
